Suggestion : New Report Option and idea

I play a lot of ARAM, but this I am sure would work in the Rift as well. And before i get a lot of hate and down-votes, (which I am sure i will.) Let me clarify something important.

This is a general idea and post - not focused on any player, players or future players of the game. As well any constructive feedback is of course welcome and appreciated. Also I am a "unranked" player by choice, not by the fact I am not decent enough to get a rank. I stopped playing ranked in season 2 - because people got way to "serious".

A lot of times, its not "toxic" players, or unbalanced teams, or even failure to communicate that causes a loss, but the fact that one or maybe two of your players refuses to work as a team entirely.

We have all seen em , the "Lone wolfs" who care more about creep kills and there precious K/D ratio then the follow up to a engage, or back out of a fight at 3/4 HP, rather then saving there squishes, because - they wanted to grab that health relic. giving the other side a 5v4 and a quadra, then they normally get upset because there team died XD

This is my suggestion : nothing as hateful or toxic as the "unskilled player" option from yesteryear, but a "Reminder" option. That if a number of players on his team vote "reminder" that player has to play thought he tutorial again. Before going into any games. Maybe they can use that time to read about the idea that its a team game, objective based, and that** just because they went 15/2/2** does not mean they were_ "killin it" _ and lost because of the "newb team." The Tutorial does not take long, I agree, but its just meant to remind them about the actual idea of the game, not really punish them as they were not breaking rules, or being a douche - just need a bit of a nudge to recall the ideas behind the game.

Granted maybe i see it more in ARAM due to the high amount of team-fights - and the fact that there are engages all the time, from lvl 2-3 on. But Its not just unranked, or "Bronze" players I see it from, I see it from Gold, Plat, Silver, unranked. I myself have made mistakes, and I think that if you make a mistake it should not be punished, but if you ignore multiple people on your team, actively and productively trying to help you. Your not playing the game, your just trolling, or worse, taking the place on a team that could be better utilized by someone who knows what the game's focus is.

Anywho just a idea.. have a good one League Community

Playing the tutorial barely does anything and I doubt this would actually change their behavior for the better.
