These jungle changes to champions like Diana are weird

I'm using Diana as an example because she can already clear the jungle well in her current state, but she still is not a viable jungle champion for reasons that have absolutely nothing to do with her clear speed or health.

She's not viable because she gets dumpstered by meta jungle champions invading her and she isn't a hyper scaling champion like Master Yi.

That's it. That's the entire reason she doesn't work in the jungle. Giving her a faster clear will do absolutely nothing to stop this. If Olaf wants to wander into her jungle and manages to catch her with an axe, she's dead. There's nothing she can do about it; she doesn't have the mobility or CC to disengage, the dueling power to fight him, or enough survivability to live until help arrives.

Replace Olaf with any meta jungle and you have the exact same problem. In order for a jungle to be viable, they need to be able to either escape, duel, or hold off invaders long enough for their team to respond. She cannot do this, and this change doesn't do anything to help her do it.

What is the point of this?

Pretty much exactly this.

Same with Zed passive buff. Why not buff his E vs monsters if clear speed is the goal?

All the "buffed" champs suck ass at ganking, realistically. Their buffs do nothing for the jungle role and only make them better at poaching camps or objective clear speed.

Every champ that succeeds in the jungle atm is for a really unhealthy reason that stagnates diversity, and Riot needs to address that before needlessly tossing out buffs to champs that dont need them, rather than junglers that are already heavily struggling.
