Playing High/Drunk in Ranked should be bannable

I mean. Some people play better when they are high. I wouldn't know I don't smoke but I have a friend who does and when he smokes he becomes his alter ego "super toxic riven main" and proceeds to 1v9 while calling our support a degenerative mongoloid

Anyone with any knowledge of law whatsoever would know that this idea is silly. How would you prove they are actually high/drunk? How would you prove they are not lying? How would you prove that their inebriation is the reason for their poor play?

You are taking this game way too seriously. If I can't play video games high or drunk whats the point. Esports level maybe... but are you seriously trying to dictate the mental state in which I spend my free time? This is a video game. This isn't driving, I'm not performing surgery. No one's actual life is on the line.

Honestly, High is debatable, since you're either a little high or completely stone-walled baked out your damn mind complaining to no one about how you hate Broccoli cause your Mum kept feeding you Broccoli for dinner when growing up. Drunk, however, is pretty much auto inhibiting your skills and making you a liability. Personally I'm more surprised half can type coherently, but if you act casual, saying you're drunk while feeding your ass off, you deserve to be punished especially if you're being a prick.

While we're at it, let's just ban anyone who takes medication for their AD(H)D. It gives them an unfair advantage. Or medication for pain as it impairs judgement. Or maybe just gitgud considering I know people who play better when they're high (not so much drunk, at all) and they don't admit to it. Like playing ranked is a paid job in a police state. How old are you?

The truth is that league is a leisure time activity that will most likely be combined with other leisurely activities. Sometimes for better, sometimes for worse, to combat real life or ranked anxiety or whatever they have going on that is none of your business.

And most of the time, people just say it as a quick excuse for a bad play and to brush off the match as 'not their fault' so that they can move to the next. Because lets face it, if they wrote, " whoops I'm inting" you'd want them banned too even if it was a joke.

Just gotta relax and realized that this frustration you feel, this game is just a drop in the bucket of ranked games this season and let it go.

If you want to play in that state, by all means, do so, but keep that shit in Normals. Ranked if for your best, playing to progress, arguably not even for fun; there are certainly a lot of people like me who's main source of fun in a game is a sense of progression.

And to all the people saying 'but you can't enforce that'; you're 100% correct. However, we already ban people for saying stupid shit in the form of flame; if you feed (in Ranked) because you're intoxicated, and you admit that, then you should get banned. In no way are we gonna get everyone who trolls games like this, but removing at least the stupid ones is a good start.....

The problem is that I play League high and drunk a lot and still manage to not feed my ass off so then what? Do we only ban these individuals if they feed (granted I'll never do this in ranked).

COMPLETELY AGREE....But you cant prove it. And also some people like to play while having 1 beer. Which is not drunk and would not make them worse.
