The Most Ultimate Jungle Champions
I am a jungle main and recently I have been hearing a lot about about using only champions in the jungle that can gank at lvl two. I am not too sure why that needs to be so but here are the jungle champions that I think are the best in the game but not in any order. These are based on my play style a bit.
I have also started to only use blue smite on my jungle items because I think the slowing ability of it gives me more kills because I can chase better.
I would like to hear what you guys think is the best few picks to use for season 9!

can level 2 gank but not as well as xin, his level 3 spike is better, with xin and camille their level 2s and less reliance on level 3 just means there's literally no reason not to level 2 with them. They also can go crab - > gank - > crab reliably with the mid priority and their CC unlike say, kayn who doesn't level 2 well and doesn't take crabs that fast either.
level 2 but they're not really meta so its hard to recommend them. Shaco is basically just a OTP champion right now, and twitch is super easy to punish due to how weak his clear is, he's basically level 2, then offline until 4 items. He pretty much boils down to this; "can the opponent vertical jungle? Yes? Well I lost", its why you don't see him in high mmr because in high mmr everybody kinda checkmates him either by making the first blood gold even'd out in him losing camps and XP, or even killed, or by tracking him so lanes don't get ganked by him.
