Ive recently got 
all to M7 and im trying to find my next jungle champion
What higher elo champions are about the same play style as these but have more outplay potential?
Ive been think about 
but i just dont want to get too invested to realize its not that great for outplay
What do you guys consider to be the best low elo junglers and best high elo junglers? If you can suggest something similar to what I know I would appreciate it!

In terms of champions to pick up in low elo:
amazing ganking potential, low skill cap, intense jungle pressure if ahead, simple to learn, down side no proper outplay potential. Meta champ
Extremely low skill required although high outplay potential. Literally brain dead :| but not meta atm.
highly underrated jungler due to recent cinderhulk buffs, good outplay potential, good ganking, average clear, not meta
meta champion at the moment, fairly simple to learn
strong champion especially in the early game, stupid good ganking potential, good jungle clears
Basically these are some personal champs good for low elo although I should stress that anything will work in low elo, just give them a try in practice tool and normal draft games. Watch some videos online and you should be g.
High elo:
good champ if learnt. Highly popular amongst junglers. I hate him personally sometimes he feels like a brain dead champ....
my main, high outplay potential, mediocre skill although can be utilised to destroy players, literally.
same as kha but requires more skill
good in the hands of a one trick although he has been gutted from indirect nerfs
high skill champions, marksman, stupid scaling with marks (come so with skill), some what meta.
literally my dad, highly underrated pick and if utilised by a god can actually carry game so and more or less make the enemy jungler leave the game XD, I lied but he can still be strong and has a unique play style.

strong champ atm can Be used in low elo
red or blue kayn does well, unique champion who is strong in both elo especially red Kayne / rhaast
There are many other high elo champs but they’d can all work in different elo’s But I mean currently I need a rush to write this, I may come back later and edit this but I recommend that YouTube channel listed some where above.
More then learning a champ it’s also important to learn the jungle as a whole. Jungle is more complicated then running around skating camps.
