Cant Check Friends Stats

I can do anything on league except for checking my friends stats, this started about a month ago but for some reason I just cant check any of my friends stats

Does this happen to any of you and is it fixable?

All my friends can check my stats but I cannot see theirs

My computer runs well and doesn't ever lag in game so its not because of my PC
