Why Cant I Check My Best Friends Stats

I can check the stats of many people but not the person I play with the most, they have about 500 games played but ive checked other people that have that many played too.

Ive tried to let it load for an hour before but nothing will happen and this has went on for months.

Is there a reason for this anybody knows?

Is there something online that shows peoples stats very well for individual champs?

Does this happen to anybody else?

EDIT: its not just my best friends I cant check the game decides who i can and cant check, some people I can always and others I can never check
