Balance Issues at low-elo WILL seep into the higher-elos.

True/False. Discuss.

It's crazy I feel that the game should be balanced at where the majority isn't at. Problems such as Power Creep Snowball and Yasuo were already long identified at the low-elos and eventually found themselves at higher elos. Things like Yasuo being picked at the highest level since his abusiveness was well-known at the lower level.

That said, there are separate set of issues for the highest-elo/pros level, that should be solved exclusive to itself.

No they won't.

Darius stomps low elo /Usseless post lane phase high elo.

Yasuo stomp post lane phase in low elo/ Yasuo is only good in lane and small skirmishes in high elo. And becomes a useless ulti bot post lane phase.

Adcs are useless in low elo / they break high elo.

Supports are useless in low elo / they are the most important role in high elo.

Autoattack based melee adcs are broken in low elo / they are only split bots i high elo ( Trynda and Yi )

List can go on LOW elo and HIGH elo are like fire and water they have nothing in common nor they will ever unless there is indeed a broken champion like Camille Akali Janna Whom actually maintain their broken aspects in all elos because they are disgusting with low skill required.

Darius does not stomp low elo. Everyone knows his pretty useless/difficult to play well post-lane phase.
Yasuo picked in MSI, will be picked in LCS.
ADCs are overpowered in low elo. Bot lane governs matches in low-elo basically. U don't save the bot lane by 15mins, your game's over and done.

AA melee adcs are not broken in low elo. Trynda is played in higher elo as well. Yi is a special case but he still commands respect in high elo. Only not played in the HIGHEST ELO. See my disclaimer for HIGHEST ELO.

Ill say false, a lot of things that are weak/unviable in high elo are strong in low elo. Nasus is perhaps the best example i can think of.

Nasus has been picked by Khan and popular in Korea. With a bit more balance, he would be played in high elo more often.

If anything, this is a case to balance popular champs in low elo even more.
