i haven't gone a single game without running yasuo or a lee sin, mages have pretty much vanished from mid from mid. i tried playing varus mid and couldn't because of how unbearable my mana cost were, well their goes my favorite champion to mid lane with.

Brand is in top 5 win rate champions. Malzahar and Velkkoz are also high in win rate. Malphite who depended on mana potion to stay in lane now has huge win rate aswell.

/mana potions, was so people like varus couldn't get around being mana gated so easily. He is supposed to have high mana costs, that's what stops everyone from just spamming Q the whole laning phase. You can still play it with the new items, you just have to be a lot more effecient with your mana.
