ive actually been in queue for 20 minutes now in gold 3 elo
ive restarted client and everythign and nothing is wrong on my side. what the FUCK is going on

Jungle/Top only look 1-2 minutes in Gold 4, so you should be fine.
Even with Mid/Top, this should only take, like, 5 minutes tops. Anything longer and I'd rejoin.
If it's not a bug, then this is a big problem.
Or a big success, for the anti-DQ crowd.
