Meh, in all honesty the way movespeed works it not as big of a deal as it seems. For the most part if you get caught by a Zilean E you could either kill him or you would die anyway. Plus he was able to make it permanent, now he can't.

Except you can still use any champ movement abilities and flash still. It IS point and click, but I'd still much rather deal with it than morgs dark binding since when it's thrown into a team it seems to hit someone really often even though it's a skillshot (at least in my MMR range)
