URGENT: BUFF REVIVE

Revive does less damage than a purple melee minion? Def needs a buff.

I do believe Revive should have a WAY shorter cd than it does, or even a scaling cd (for instance, gets longer as the game goes on, or is scaled by one's actual respawn timer), or at least some other effect to justify its staggering cooldown that accomplishes only one thing, and almost invariably has to be combined with teleport to be remotely useful.

Though if you want to have fun with Revive at all, get it with Teleport and make sure there's a ward somewhere behind where an enemy is likely to be once you go down, preferably out of view, but not so far as to let them Recall before you can do anything.

Immediately upon dying, hit Revive, then Teleport to the ward you have behind the person who slew you, and hopefully has very little health left is going to try to fall back or recall. Best way to get revenge, especially if they're too busy typing to troll you while you're doing it.

Afterward, maybe recall back and buy whatever it was you were going to, anyway.

Served best with Distortion boots, though of course optional.
