Eve buffs when?

You guys skipped her for the assassin update entirely which is understandable if her rework is close, but right now she needs small buffs. At this point you guys can't get away with not atleast giving her some buffs since her rework is still fairly far off. The jungle nerfs have hit her fairly hard, mainly the exp nerfs. Eve is a champion that NEEDS to be ahead of her enemy in levels to do much of anything. If she cant get ahead then she will struggle with an assassin build, so this forces her EVEN MORE into a AP bruiser playstyle, which is not cool.

My suggestion, as it has always been, is to REVERT some of her older nerfs. One nerf revert in particular that would help her a lot is her nerf to Qs degrading missile speed. This would actually help her assassinate targets better and more easily than now and it won't break her.

http://www.leagueofgraphs.com/nl/champions/stats/evelynn It's because she seems fine right now, around a 50 percent winrate with spikes downward. buffing her might put her on the perma ban list while she is doing fine right now.

I forgot that these boards based a champions gameplay health 100% around winrates and not ANY other factors. by this logic Camille is perfectly balanced and doesn't deserve the 73% banrate + nerfs she is getting.

first I showed the winrate because:

that she is statistically doing fine(which matters)
I usually find that people tend to rant if you give a longer explanation of why you think a champion is fine, that was my bad and I apologize.

Second, I do find camille is ok right now. She is just highly frustrating to play against. She feels like a worse then yasuo kinda character. I personally never ban based on winrate, I ban on frustration level( Zyra MasterYi (yes I am not that good) Yasuo Nautilus )

lastly: here is why I consider eve to be fine personally:

I have also played with and against eve players before, they are doing fine. They have:

good early pressure
Can be a powerhouse late gamer and buffing her would make her ap bruiser build to strong.
strong frontline position in late game.
strong exploration
reasonable counterjungling 6.The best passive in the game 7.a soft engage ult with large potential.
I am deadly afraid that if they buff her riot realizes that she seems to "lack counterplay" and do a poppy/kassadin nerf with her.
