@RiotRepertoir How's Karthus doing right now?
Figured I'd ask since I honestly have to clue as to how Good Karthus is doing right now compared to other Mid-Lane Mages. The AP changes do him some good, definitely, but I haven't seen him much in videos outside his usual streamers and when BunnyFuFuu did a very cheesy build with him once, much less the LCS which I kinda hoped he'd at least show up once in. (still hoping for a 2018 Karthus appearance pls) His Win-Rate hasn't really changed, except when it went down a little the patch after the AP items showed up, but I had also noticed his play rate had also increased, so I just attributed it to that, and besides, he went back up in patch 8.5.
I do remember Maple Nectar mention he might talk to some people about Karthus in the future, but that was before the AP changes, so I feel like everything's up in the air here. I was just curious, how do you think Karthus is doing compared to other mages right now?
Makes him super oppressive in team fights if you play more aggressively. You could even say that you're essentially engaging/diving for your team as Karthus. You can die in every team fight, but as long as the fight is centered near, or around you, you can still contribute to the fight. This isn't to say you should just YOLO as Karthus, but more there's more than one way to play Karthus.
