I dunno, I don't play seju much lately because I decided Yi is more fun BUt she is far from weak now - seju still scales very well.

You simply have to be more careful - you pretty much need to know the enemy jungler before you pick her since you are incredibly weak early.

Think of having the power of a deathcap Mage but instead it was health. Her powers called of health and cinder gave her 25% more health, like death gives % ap, so she was extremely healthy dealing stupid damage.

Her ultimate was a giant aoe stun thats effectiveness was only reduced to a 90% slow when she missed her target. Even after her damage nerfs she was still played, but the nail in the coffin was when they reduced her ultimate's AoE slow from 90% to 30%.

Cinderhulk's immolate damage was nerfed. Then her W first strike damage was nerfed. Her ult when thrown and didn't hit a target was changed to have a lesser effect when it detonated at max range (Not really worth mentioning as a reason for her peak power but it was an update to her in patch notes) Then the Cinderhulk's passive gaining %HP was nerfed. Plus some key armor items were nerfed (Thornmail, Frozen Heart, Randuin's) with introduction of the juggernaut patch.

And with that patch people started playing more aggressive junglers and laners to bring more damage to the field, which leads to more invades and constant pressure on the map and to the jungle.

There is alot of DPS thrown around currently, especially with Vayne on the scene more often in current games.

All of these factors, which really hurts a full tank Sej player.
