who cares how hard enemy scales when you can cc lock them for the duration of a fight?

J Eevo1 votesWhile playing diffent champions at diffrent positions is entirely acceptable, you should consider the fact that the team lineup is important, so if you want to pick a squishy toplaner make sure your team will be fine with it, and compensate accordingly by for example picking up a tanky jungle and a melee support bot. And accordingly, if you're locking something with unreliable or low damage, make sure the damage is there, whether it be from a more damaging support like zyra or vel'koz or a heavy damage jungler.
And as for "mid lane supports"... Vel'koz and Morgana aren't "supports" they're midlaners who can fill the role of supp, so the notion that anyone will rage at Morgana mid or Vel'koz mid is ridiculous.
