Flex queue is just stupid and should be scrapped, yet despite RITO saying they'll evaluate when it goes live they really havent. The "level 30" guy only plays flex and everyone including him is at gold in flex so that's how the shitty matchmaking happens when they totally disregard solo queue rank.
