Champs that need a buff

Jarvan - not tanky anymore due to E nerfs, doesn't jungle as fast and his passive isn't that great now either so he lost a huge amount of damage.. and tankiness. . and clears too slow his ult should hurt players that flash/jump through it as a penelty

Kalista/kog - can't keep up, I say swap kog's e and r around or have his ult be based off stacks instead of mana
