When was he butchered?

Gangplank has gotten pretty much nothing but nerfs since he was reworked and he has more on the PBE. Garen's also been nerfed and I believe Morde has nerfs on PBE.

Except Garen, GP, Mord and Devourer are getting nerfed.

I didn't mind playing against shaco or any of the champs you listed. Playing against Annie, Kayle, or Morgana is far worse. Basically really old champs that are incredibly easy to play, yet have huge impact.

He has +51% atm, I think he's at a fine spot. Yes, he has a high playerbase avg games, but Shaco's also a pretty hard champ to learn (people will do terrible on their first tries if they didn't thoroughly looked up how to play him correctly) so I think that kinda compensates.

What should be done with shaco is this

His boxes need to have some scaling hp set up for them.

His Q crit needs a longer duration than the stealth

And his R needs to mimic the buffs on shaco as well, meaning it gets red buff as well, full effect, but killing it doesn't transfer the buff
