Reasonable Fizz E Nerf

make his E a non mobile ability done and done. why should this shit slow,untargetable and tons of damage JUST NO. broken.

You know what I like it.

He can still use it for mobility and damage but maybe similar to a Trist Jump (which goes higher than the fish-stick anyways) a support or similar cc based champion could use the time to peel them off the carries. As well if the Fizz is good enough they can use the added mobility to dodge skill-shots in a more thought-provoking manner.

Sorry but fizz needs a buff before a nerf.

Dumb suggestion.

One of the least reasonable nerfs is what you suggested. A reasonable nerf would to be increase it's cooldown at later levels but slightly decrease it at earlier levels.
