Garen proccing CONQ spins is too much.

It's absurd trying to fight Garen now, since he'll probably already have 1 stack on conq before he spins from hitting you, it revs up in less than a second. Completely bullying you out of any trade.

Even playing Fiora the lane phase was a complete headache, I needed to save all my Q's to get away from him just spinning on me. Yes, I still could still edge him out in a duel later in the game but the entire laning phase was just overwhelming, which if Fiora doesn't beat him now, who exactly would aside mages/ranged? Does Darius even win anymore?

I think it was fine that Garen could get good spins off in teamfights, and generally seemed better, I'm not crapping on the buff but it seems to have too much power in the early game, Since his spin is now so much stronger - maybe if he can proc conq he should have to level it like having the cooldown from a static 8 to something like 12/11/10/9/8, just saying if the ability is flat stronger there has to be trade offs. The W nerf is only affecting his lategame, which does fine anyway due to improved scaling elsewhere.
