Base HP Regen lowered from 1.24 to 1.1 HP Regen growth lowered from .15 to .11 Icathian Rain (Q) AD ratio lowered from 40% to 35%

Literally unplayable.

As someone that plays Kai'sa, the AD hit is barely a slap on the wrist. Most of the scaling on Q actually comes from AP, with it having a 1.6 max ratio when evolved.

The hp regen nerf is probably more noticable than you would think since she has no built-in sustain. It will harm her laning somewhat.

The Q nerf is big though.

Remember that its less 5% ad for EVERY rocket, and she fires 6/12 of them per cast.

So less 30%/60% ad, on a spammable spell that adds up extremely fast, shes probably gonna drop below 50% wr with that.

It’s only 1.5% less for every rocket beyond the first.

Vs a single target it went from nonevolved 100% -> 87.5% and evolved 172% -> 150.5%.

You’re overselling it.

Meanwhile the base damage on it is ridiculous enough to amount to 400+ damage to a single target just base damage alone. The AD hit is pretty meaningless, especially when KaiSa has RB and Nash as core items.

Gotta take baby-step nerfs for the next 11 patches until she is JUST at a 50.2% WR and Riot calling it a successful day.

Of course they will break 5 other things while doing so and then tell everyone that complains that they listened and fixed Kai'sa.

Or they are going to pull out the "sorry guys, LCS is soon here and pro players can't adapt to jack shit for some reason even though they should be the top of the top so we can't change anything until preseason 9"

All the while they buff Lee Sin last minute to make him LCS viable so maybe we don't see 5 tanks in a game and a 60min snoozefest
