Serious question here, and I'm not saying it's a bad thing that he uses Mana, but since he's Ionian and isn't a mage or Vastaya, it just makes sense that he would have Energy.
EDIT: I'm aware that other Ionian champions besides mages and Vastaya uses Mana, and I'm sorry I neglected to mention that. However, since he studies under Zed, I figured it might've swayed it towards Energy
