So is Karthus the new Solo Queue?

Riot has been ignoring requests for Karthus buffs ever since his unnecessary nerf in 5.24 and still isn't getting anything in 6.9

I guess it's safe to say Karthus is up there with Solo Queue, Replays, and Sandbox because Karthus hasn't gotten any love for the longest time

Even though a lot of new champions have ways to negate his ultimate

it still has an absurd mana cost for today's standards,

and his only CC is useless compared to the other battlemages that have Hard CC while his is a shitty slow that becomes half effective and decays after little time
