Akali is one of the most broken champions in this game.
Her stealth duration isn't increasing.
It is stupid to reduce that cooldown anyway.
Her mini rework made her much more viable pre-6. Any other buffs is worrying.

It's a buff to her mid-late game where she's bad. She gets almost no ap early game so the ratio increase on her passive doesn't do much until later in the game. Shroud buff is to let her use her only defensive ability more often during team fights.
