Is anyone liking Spellbinder?

I personally never build it ever on any mage since it feels like I'm wasting the passive part. Getting to 100 stacks takes way too long imo.

If all 10 champions are in one spot and they all use all 4 abilities, that's still only 40 stacks.

I assume most people are using it just for the movement speed and tons of AP but not actually bothering to stack it up first. Is this basically the case?

I tend to avoid mage items without health with some exceptions (rabadons) because assassins will 100-0 me otherwise

and spellbinder is nowhere near good enough to make me change my mind unless im replacing boots super late

I never thought about that. Definitely doing that if a game ever goes on long enough to go beyond 6 items.

Someone like it on katarina since luden has mana now and her reset give easy stack.

Like bruh u turn that shit on at 100 stack u run it Q W R, or save the stacks ppl chase u can use the burst ms to get out xD or even kite so good

I know it's built and is effective on a few champs, but those champs never seem to be traditional mages outside Karthus. Atleast from what I've personally seen in game so far.
