This game will be a lot more balanced without the big bloated ball of stats(old runes)
I honestly wish Riot didn't compensate any champion stats for missing runes except for junglers as needed to clear though.

Sasogwa1 votesAgreed on the base stats thing. A lot of lategame champions have way too much stats level 1. U dont even need to buff the junglers at that point just buff the jungle items or nerf the monsters
