Hourglass should be able to be used while under Malzahar's ult

Mercurial Scimitar cancels the suppression, but only AD champions mainly build that. On the other hand, AP champions have nothing to use against Malzahar's ultimate. Not even the Cleanse summoner spell works. They simply have to sit there and watch as their health bar depletes and theres nothing they can do, since it is point and click after all.

It wont even be that major of a change and it will still be worse than Merc Scim because you can just press that and continue fighting. At least with Hourglass/Stopwatch you aren't allowed to move or cast anything. What do u guys think? If you disagree please tell me why

Okay to clarify I didnt make this post due to that game. Yes it was a good example of how it doesnt work but for the most part our team got steamrolled so we probably would have lost anyway. Malzahar was top anyway, he wasnt even mid

stuns/displacements assuming his cc godking shield is off. or morganas shield or sivir can if you place it in advance. honestly i love the shield design (the sound when it becomes online) no matter how aids he is.

I used to take Syn into Malz all the time because if you have quick reactions you can queue your QE right as he ults you and then just knock him out of it.

As much as I do sympathize with you, I still think there are options ...

QuickSilver Sash offers no wasted stats for AP champs, you just don't upgrade it.

You can also build Banshee's Veil for some hefty MR.

Malzahar doesn't have a ton of mpen in his typical build path, it's usually just Sorc Shoes straight into Rylai's/Liandrys

Well, to be fair, all Cleanses (including summoner 1 & item 3222 ) should remove suppression, but I'm against Stasis doing the same thing.

Let me remind you that Malz is also immobilized during that ultimate. You getting caught by Malzahar is another story. Your team has all the time it takes to CC that Malzahar to save you if you were NOT alone
