He's getting a series of power neutral changes to offset the Duskblade nerf. The number of times he gets buffed is irrelevant as long as the end results cancel each other out.
To put it simply, -3+1+1+1 still equals 0. It doesn't matter that you had to add more times than subtract. That's just a shitty argument.

Automated Riven2 votesNo. Not if the easy to use auto attack was balanced before. By that argument riven should be alot stronger because her kit is hard to use optimally. A champion should be balanced around the highest level of play on the champion. That means if every champion had a 1 trick that was eaqual skilled then when they faced each other (assuming multiple games and equal marches against every other champion, so in short a perfect set of circumstances) then every champion should see 50% winrate. It doesn't matter if your playing Annie or azir. How hard it is shouldn't define the power level.
And by shifting power I'm assuming your refering to adding a shit ton of damage if you land your skills. Which is not a power shift. Its a buff. It may be less likely to to happen as often. But it's still a buff.

In fact the only way to do less damage then before is to get 2 shurkins through minions. Anything other then that is a net buff. So yes. When it matters zed was buffed. Post duskblade really doesnt matter much because he is either fed at that point or worthless.

Automated Riven1 votesIt does but the early game damage makes up more then it doesn't. A decent lead which can be gained by having higher early game damage will make up for the diskblade nerf. Which doesn't hit 120 damage until level 18.
