Rylai's or Zhonya's second on Kennen?

Been thinking of picking Kennen up and I know item 3152 is the go-to first item, but do people build item 3116 or item 3157 second?

Any tips from more veteran Kennen players? Which scenarios would you go one or the other?

If your ult is good you don't need zhonyas as much. I was actually building Rylias first for a while. It improves your dueling so you don't lose split push pressure or may have it.

Situational.

Rylai's Crystal Scepter is great when ahead or when kiting/chasing opponents. This is rather good for dueling opponents since it gives you an advantage in mobility, so it can be rather useful when splitpushing or handling splitpushers.

Zhonya's Hourglass is great for surviving or initiating fights. You jump into the enemy team and pop your ultimate to engage a fight and activate Zhonyas while waiting for your team to follow up. Even if you are behind, it can guarantee you will survive for the duration of your ultimate.
