underwhelming mastery and item?

Is the jungle item trackers knife literally only great on Lee Sin? I haven't seen a jungler, besides Lee, build trackers knife forever almost, seems like trackers knife is the worst of the 3 jungle items. Runic affinity, is this mastery going to ever get buffed? In case you dont know, Runic affinity makes buffes from neutral monster last 15% longer, your other choices of maateries besides runic affinity are biscuits or assassin. Runic affinity was actually decent when ALL the jungle camps gave their on unique buffs ao any jungler you wanted to power farm the early levels, like master Yi, xin zhao, shyvana, and many others, could take runic affinity to help them with their clear speed, and be healthy to clear more camps also. With the removal of camp buffs, R.I.P., runic affinity is easily one of the most underwhelming masteries you can take now. Only makes red and blue buff last a little bit longer early game, late game makes baron and elder dragin buff last a little bit longer. Would you rather take a maatery to make red/blue buff last longer? Or would you take the assassin mastery so that if you invade, or get invaded you can have that extra 2% dmg, also the maatery helps you through the whole game, any time you 1v1 you deal an extra 2% dmg. Seems like runic affinity has nothing reliable to offer, and could put your dmg behind if you didnt take assassin as a jungler. Whats your take on trackers knife the item? And runic affinity the mastery?
