Does Vlad have any hard counters?
After 100 games with Vladimir, I am confident enough to say no. His sustain, escape, and decent scaling means as long as you play smart, there's no way you can lose your lane.

In the Vlad vs Zed match up, Vlad pool is the only thing that stops Zed from completely destroying a Vlad. Once Vlad uses pool, he needs to basically afk behind turret for it to come off cd for him to try and cs again.
