[Feedback] NEW* Soraka

So after playing a few games on the NEW* Soraka she feels really good, more to do, can be very aggressive early game which is what I like on supports, and she is definitely competitively viable. Some things that do feel really bad is that you can only land your slow on minions, what I mean by this is that the slow and magic crit AoE is a little bit too small too the point that you almost can never hit a champion with your slow and magic crit. The other thing that feels bad is the health cost vs the amount you are healing for Astral Infusion, I just think this ability could use a health ratio on the active heal, and the base heal at the later Astral Infusion ranks for the Starcall's heal can go up a tiny bit. Also the cast range seems way too short, especially for being a support ability (might be better by upping the % of when her passive activates so that Soraka can get heals off more efficiency, but cast range seems like it would make her feel better when playing Soraka) Equinox feels great, as the silence nuke it feels the same but more rewarding with it as a skill shot, and the snare nuke is a great touch to help Soraka to actually be a support.
