@RiotMeddler Isn't Blade of the Ruined king a bit too strong now

Seriously almost every ADC is buying this item just because of the gold effciency, you could have no tanks in a game and you would still buy the item because.

A) Cutlass spike in lane is broken as hell, the active lets you burst down enemies and the lifesteal and AD on the item just lets you take any bad trade and heal back up.

B) Botrk provides enough AD to fight early yet scales into the late game with the passive incredibly well, not to mention the passive does a buttload of damage early and mid game as well just as a bonus. Lets not forget the active which is incredibly strong.

C) First buying this item is just too effcient, it pretty much gives you the consistent damage of non crit builds for casters, decently high lifesteal since it goes off the passive on hit damage plus auto damage and enough attack speed to just skip attack speed boots.

I get it was fun to have a ton more diversity in the ADC role but when the item is so busted Kennen is skipping out on AP to get it i think something is a bit overtuned.

For most crit ADCs, if you're not facing oppressive tanks then it's way better to just build crit with maybe a last whisper in there.

They aren't though, check out recent builds for Jinx and Caitlyn, item is so busted even crit ADCs are first buying it just because it is practically like the two item powerspike for crit but with no RNG

They're planning on toning it down a bit, but other, similar items are likely to be getting buffed at the same time, so they don't want to go overboard. sauce
