There's videos of not even very fed Rengar's straight up 100-0'ing ADCs with R+auto+Q is tenths of a second. If anything his burst has gotten bigger if he gets his stacks (which is not hard in the slightest).

He has to legitimately position himself so the ADC is the closest now to do that and the person closest to him has full knowledge of what's happening, so it's alot better in terms of what you and your team can actually do about it. He can't just run into a semi-competent team to instagib the ADC like he used to.

Pasive is Kindred's passive just that he get's to 5, Q is basically Nidalee's Swipe with 2 hit in the middle, W Olaf's Ragnarok/Tahm Kench Thick Skin with heals and without AD, E - Still same shit and his ultimate is mostly the same.
