How do I close out a game with pantheon/talon

I like these champions and im good with them but I can't win with them because they get outscaled. I know you have to roam but it's especially hard with pantheon when you're on the other side of the map and your ult isn't global. I know he's a good mid but that means you need an ap top or jg. If you don't have one, prepare for killing tanks to be even harder than it already is. So how do you close out the game after you start snowballing.

Talon and Pantheon are very feast or famine champions. Assuming you play them at a competent level, if the enemy is incompetent then late game won't happen with the huge sniwball, else you can't really do much against exhaust locket and adc right click deletion with lifesteal.

Pick one lane and make them more useless and tilted than panth is late game. If they are 4-5 lvls down from repeatedly dying, you can 4 or 5 man rotate lanes, kill every damn tower, snowball objectives, and win. If your team just wants to ff in lane and not take any towers though, gl. Also, panth is better vs a team full of squishies and low cc teams. It means he can 1-shot pretty much anyone on the enemy team AND he won't get his damage combo's interrupted so easily. Thus you can delete 1 person - giving you a 5v4 - and still get off decent damage on other targets before you die or even just escape.

Same for every assasins/diver. I meant in the event they puck a tank because you picked and assassin or diver and went mid.my best guess is kill them and at lvl 6 after killng them, back and kill the ADC and just ult to then from base. With talon, you can just parkour to them after shoving lane. That's my best guess on how it's done.
