It's a good item for crowd shooting, but I really hate how someone with 12-20% lifesteal can effectively heal a lot off it.

Aside from Ashe, no other crit ADC builds runnans. Only see it on Kog, varus and kaisa. Essentially on-hit champs. Ever since they nerfed it, it really hasn't been viable as much as it used too

It should only apply damaging on hit effects Not resistance shreds And defiantly Not lifesteal IN MY OPINION

i think it should get 33% reduced life steal, for consistency's sake
