Can we do someting about ranged "top" ?
How am i supposed to use actual top laners like singed and the likes when its fucking graves, quinns and the like every game ?
ADCs counter tanks, having all adcs in top lane is beyond cancerous.

Learn the matchup. Not every top laner can do it, but many can. In normals I actually prefer to pick Garen into Quinn so I can stay practiced.
There is only one thing you should be concerned about, no matter the matchup; destroying the enemy nexus. You don't need to get kills and stomp your lane opponent. You don't even need to win lane. All you need to do is not fall so far behind that you can't catch up once mid game roaming begins.

i get it, i try to adapt, but now tanks don't even have a lane anymore, i mean, i have to end up farming under turret and such, its evident adcs in top get the upper hand, thing that doesn't happen as tanks cant replace adcs in bot.
That's what drew me to League really if you think about it. When you pick a role, every champion is still open for that role. When you claim a champion is supposed to be here, and this is suppose to be there
yes and no, adcs can top, tops cant adc, doesnt seem fair
It's an unfortunate phase that hits Top lane every single time. If it's not ADCs it's mages or assassins. Top lane is the go to lane for the strongest role in whatever meta it is
If you want to play a traditional top laner you have to learn how to fight them. There's a reason these champions are considered traditional top laners, even though other roles keep going up there every season. It won't be easy, and what sort of matchup you have to learn changes every few months, but if you truly want to play these champions you'll figure it out.
Honestly, I don't deem anyone or any champ a specific area to play in. That's what drew me to League really if you think about it. When you pick a role, every champion is still open for that role. When you claim a champion is supposed to be here, and this is suppose to be there, you are limiting yourself to a guideline someone else made up. I mean sure, it may work for most. But I've had so much fun taking champions and putting them in "Bad" Spots for them. People don't expect you to do good when you do, then you surprise them with.
If you are not liking taking a Ranged Champion to the top lane, maybe think of Gnar? He was a mix of a Ranged Fighter and a Melee Bruiser that went top. There's plenty of Quinn top players now. I've even taken Jhin up top a few times and had a blast. I've also Jungled with Jhin, which in my opinion never do ever cause it was a nightmare, and so on.
I'm not being mean here, just think outside of the box and take someone you love to play as and put them in lanes you love to play. Like one of my favorites is taking Teemo into the jungle. At level 6 just wander the map shrooming the lanes up so other jungler can't gank. It's a lot stronger then you think. :3
