Lee Sin is such a joke champ...
He has a negative win rate in literally every ELO. His early game isn't even that good anymore. Hell, I'd much rather have someone like Shaco (who's supposedly 'garbage' right now). You also have champs like Elise and Udyr, who are just as strong, if not better than him early game and outscale him. Lee Sin should have his early game nerfed and his late game buffed. In his current state he just becomes a wet noodle after like 5 minutes into the game.
