@Malicious Metal, Morde
I completely suck with Morde, and have absolutely no idea how to play against Riven or Darius in toplane with him. Got any tips?

Alright, this is subject to change since Rylais is getting changed but whatever.
It's all about knowing how to manage your shield and force your enemy into engaging unfavorable fights.
You'd want to max W->Q->E, with a leveled W you're going to have very strong wave clear, AoE damage and of course SUSTAIN A max rank W is going to heal for about 400 hp, use it to your advantage.
Start cloth +4 pots against these kinds of champions and avoid fighting them before level 3 Once you got all your cool downs put your W on the second melee creep in your wave and engage the enemy, they're either going to back off so reactivate W for a heal or fight, if they do so punish them with Q Q is also a great zoning tool due to it hitting really hard.
In terms of build go something like this

Riven lanes tend to be easier since you can just poke her down and always remain at max hp, making it hard for her to kill you, I tend to cheese them at level 6 when they try to kill me only for me to heal/shield all the damage and slaughter them
Darius is a tougher matchup since you have to manage his Q, deny him his heal and manage bleed stacks or you're toast.
Anything else?
wow
What's the matter?
hi
I think he's in awe. You must be a celebrity to him
i have a question. what keystone do you take? i usually take deathfire since it adds insane damage to the ult and nothing else really seems good besides maybe stormraider's.
although, the problem i have with stormraider's is that, it seems like it takes a while to actually be useful.
basically i want your opinion on whether deathfire is an option on him, if stormraider's is 100% go-to, and what you use personally.
I actually use Strength of the ages.
I won't stack enough AD/AP for death fire to have a lot of impact and since I run MS quints and got enough slows I don't even need Stormraiders, especially since you have to be already in range to trigger it, meaning I usually already killed them when it would go off.
Strength of the ages on the other hand offers a lot of mid game power due to the free hp you get as well as feeding into your shield. And come late game you get free 6% max hp heals from large monsters and minions slain in your vicinity. Basically it provides all the things I want as a top laner.
oh okay, that actually makes a lot of sense. thanks
From watching a butt'tone of Mordekaiser game-play I can say that a really big mistake most new Mordekaiser players do is to either reactivate the "W" waay too fast - wasting most of its damage, or they reactivate it after they have disengaged wasting the heal. Make full use of the "W" duration people - that's crazy damage. Don't waste the 300+ HP heal either - that's the main reason you will win most trade-offs.
there's my match up vs riven

I pretty much made that riven cry about my summoners :3
i was doing pretty damn good against her but late game i wasn't enough tanky
First years when morde was out i was pretty much indestructible tank but now somehow how i died pretty easy with morde. Probably not enough tank items
i got the feeling he falls of late game
Darius I can understand, but I thought morde ate riven for breakfast.
He does. It's always satisfying. You should try it out yourself :P

Well it would certainly be more fun than trying to dunk riven. The darius q nerf made her eat him for breakfast.
