Who is a Good top laner currently to carry with that isnt banned alot?

I'm looking for a New top laner to try out this season to help me carry myself, perfereable someone who isnt banned a lot (like nasus) Atm im currently Silver 1, last 3 seasons i finished in gold 2-3. I have Mained Teemo since season 3, but currently i am having a hard time doing well due to the very high damage among champions he gets bursted really fast.

I'm looking for some suggestions, some good strengths and weakness, who they counter and who they get countered by, what are your suggestions?

Darius Carried me through all the way to Diamond. Pick him into any melee champ for a free lane win. He can also carry team fights with one well placed Ult and start reset partying on their team. He counters every melee champ and gets countered by every ranged champ basically.

Trundle Wins pretty much every melee matchup and has so much sustain ranged matchups can't deal with him. You play him for his split pushing prowess and objective control.

Swain Nobody expects this pick and he has very very few counters in lane. Becomes an absolute powerhouse mid game and can bully 90 percent of top laners

Nasus If he isn't banned and they pick a good matchup for nasus top before you pick take him every game, he is free elo right now.

Gnar is supposedly doing really well.

Gangplank too.

And I suspect that Shyvana would do well given the current tank meta.

But I'm not an expert, so take my advice with a grain of salt.

I think Teemo is still a valid choice for the melee champs he counters. Also, post-6 he's tougher to gank which is really helpful. Try experimenting with Exhaust to get to 6 without being murdered.

In general I'd say what are you current 3 champs? It doesn't really look like you have another two, so to that end I would make it a priority to learn 2 of them. It's tough to recommend anything without knowing your preference but I'd say try Kayle and Illaoi?

I feel Illaoi isnt banned that much but is pretty stupid in terms of effectiveness
