Proposed changes to Sterak's and Iceborn
Just make the special passives melee only.
If ranged champions absolutely want the stats, they can have it. But for gods sakes please don't nerf it for the champions who actually need it.

If they want, they can make Rapid Fire Cannon ranged only, doesn't matter to me.
