Why in the world did they buff vayne's w?

It was a buff against tanks, and a nerf for everyone else. It was the base damage that made it really insufferable against squishies.

It's better honnestly:

• Better add killing tanks
• Worse add killing squishies

got nerfed. Vayne example build is now:

• Defensive:

Since you now need another item in your core your powerspike will be much later in the game.
