Can we fix the problem with getting assists in solo queue? This is really fucking stupid

Playing Ahri against Twisted Fate. I'm out-roaming him to counter his ults.

Except I just happened to not get the killing blows, so I'm now 1-0-7.

I'm basically a full item behind Twisted Fate, because I'm only getting assist gold, and then fall off because I've gained no advantage for playing well.

This really needs to be fixed. If I did 80% of the damage in the kill, I shouldn't be penalized with a reduced bounty.
