Can we talk about how Meddler just said junglers are getting TOO MUCH experience right now?

Maybe I'm the worst jungler, but almost every single game I am 1 or 2 levels behind everybody at levels 3-8 (and I main Shyvana who clears as fast as anybody in the game). I played this game for years and in recent years have always been slightly ahead of the bot lanes in experience because they have to share it, but this year I am just behind every other laner unless something goofy happens like I get 3 kills in the first 5 minutes. If I play a jungler that can't fight for scuttle and end up not getting either of them, it takes me forever to even hit level 3.

Yet for some reason Meddler has said that junglers are getting more experience than they should right now which is incredibly confusing. Is this happening with funneling strats or in pro play (which I don't watch)? If anything, I would say that jungle experience is the lowest I have seen in the last few years and clearly needs a buff if anything. I can't remember a single game since the scuttle changes where I have hit level 6 before anybody on my team.

The issue right now is really how feast or famine the jg matchup is. As soon as the first jungler dies, the other one can clear the dead jungler's side then will ALWAYS be stronger and can invade and keep taking the other junglers camps, essentially having and needing 4 quadrants of camps to farm at which they can outlevel solo laners. Problem isnt the jg exp, it's how punishing it is for any jungler to die or fail at a task then fall behind the other jungler. I really dont think slowing down exp even more fixes this

Junglers are always behind other lanes, by design.

How would you feel if a fed 0/0 Graves came yoloing out of the jungle at 8 minutes?

Except the problem is Meddler stated that junglers are getting TOO MUCH exp right now, despite always behind solo laners by far so they want to slow it down even more

What meddler doesnt understand is that the jungle, in order to function, requires a jungler to clear very fast and participate in kills just to maintain level with their allies. A farm jungler will be heavily gold and XP deficient, because riot wants junglers to be auxiliary supports.

I know, im agreeing with you but just stating that they want to nerf the jg AGAIN which is what the OP is bringing up. At this rate the junglers will be 2+ levels behind solo laners and maybe even down compared to the duo lane bot too :/

It is already like this in most cases (2+ levels down on solo laners for a period of time unless the solo laners are bad or something goofy happens. If you don't believe me watch some replays of others on league of graphs)

You're not clearing fast or efficiently enough then.

In my last 5-10 games the winning team's jungler is as high as or higher level than any other member on the team.

The losing jungler has kept at the pace of the solo lanes or even surpassed them. The only exception was when he was the guy getting shit on.
