What's happening with Kog'maw?

It seems.. kinda weird tbh.

After some, bugfixes? quite some time ago already ; Kog'maw went back to 56% + winrate, which is basically the 1st winrate for AD carries, and yet in all the games I've been in he's like... not contested at all. Nobody complains about it, or wants to play it. Everyone I talk to say he's garbage. He's nerfed on PBE. Seems like nobody is batting an eye. Personally I don't have any grudge because at least he doesn't have mobility and isn't tanky (halleluia) so he's like, extremely healthy to me. Still, I wonder, what do you guys think is happening? Did everyone miss his turn back to power or sthg, is he just played by mains? Wait, he isn't ; playerbase average games played is the worst of adc's. ???
