Change part of our rune page without changing the entire thing

So, the way rune pages currently work is if you want to change something, the entire page is reset (all the runes removed). What if we only want to remove part of the rune page (for instance, let's say you only want to change your marks)? It would be nice if we could remove some of the runes instead of all of them. Just saying.
