This means this increases your current attack speed by 8%, not your base attack speed like every other source of extra attack speed. For example, if your current attack speed is 2.0 and your base is 0.65, this will increase your current attack speed by 0.18 per stack, not 0.052. It multiplies your attack speed bonuses.

LordGeovanni1 votesYou dont make use of it on your first target you attack hopefully dont die and if after you kill the squishy first you make use of it on any other champion that around after.... just like every other fighter.
