For people with small champion pools or people trying to climb with there main. ive been playing alot of jhin lately and im stuck with 4 keys and no chests :/

cause i got my chest already on jhin and anymore S's i get dont count so i just end up with fragments.

this is for people who dont have a large pool and main people theres alot of people who only play like 3 champions in ranked. even people who climbed to diamond and beyond with ONE champion.

The whole purpose of Hextech Crafting is for you to expand your champion pool! Riot wants you to try out as many different champs as possible. You should try branching out a bit from Jhin, you might really like it.

If you're looking for people with sorta similar playstyles to Jhin, try Ashe, as she brings a lot of utility and an ability that can catch people out. Also try Jinx, as she has long range projectiles.

I doubt that you will find this idea to be popular. That's because you are talking about taking a large amount of one component and turning it into another when both are rare i.e. it will result in fewer opened chests and amounts to a "noob trap".

One trick ponies don't get any real benefit from Hextech in the first place; it's for ~~gambling addicts~~ more casual, general players. It would only serve to unlock things they wouldn't use.
