It does scale with AD. Pretty decent ratio too. Huuuuuge heal potential. I'm enjoying it.

Not that I really care about utility scaling with offensive abilities. (like any utility mage ever) But something that affects other allies, (especially with the size of a janna ult, should not scale that easily.

I don't even really see a need for it to scale well. I doubt her heal would be that important to her over all power.
